Led by Chef Shameem Ahmed the Cinnamon Caterers team has experienced catering professionals who provide all aspects of catering services based on fantastic food and imaginative menus for Asian Weddings, Parties and Business events. Shameem Ahmed

Chef Shameem is an award-winning, exceptionally innovative & passionate Chef with more than 15 years experience in heading kitchens of top 5 star Hotels in India and upscale restaurants in UK.

He has unique blend of creative flair and passion for food. He has ability to recognize subtle nuances in flavours which allows exploring bold new flavour combinations and making them work. Extremely skilled at putting own stamp on traditional dishes and create new combinations, creativity and a flair for experimentation being major assets.

Chef Shameem with a Hotel Management degree came to UK to manage kitchens of 'Origin Asia Group of Restaurants' - Origin Asia, Nirvana, Sultan & Saffron D' Or.

He set about to produce excellent quality, Indian cuisine and because of its uniqueness in quality food, was an instant success drawing wide acclaim in West London.

Later he moved to Pappadums in Brentford where he was partner & Executive Chef. Under him the restaurant got lots of acclamation & awards.

Now at Cinnamon Lounge, Isleworth- his very own restaurant- you can now taste the unique delicious cooking, with number of exclusive dishes cooked and seasoned from using the best natural herbs and spices.

His cooking values tradition, builds on it, and along with tradition is part of the ongoing evolution of his craft which makes a real contribution to cooking.
